Taken in accordance with the legal provisions relating to the management of the state of health emergency and on the basis of the recommendations of the technical commission created for this purpose, these measures concern, according to a press release issued by the government:
- The obligation to present the vaccination pass and the negative result of a PCR test less than 48 hours before boarding the plane for all travelers wishing to access the national territory.
-Carrying out rapid tests for passengers as soon as they arrive at the Kingdom's airports.
-Performing random PCR tests for groups of travelers upon arrival. These travelers will be informed of the results later. In this regard, all the equipment and human, health, security and administrative resources necessary for the success of these operations will be put in place.
-The possibility of carrying out an additional test at the hotel or at the residence center for tourists, 48 hours following their entry into the national territory.
-The implementation of special measures for positive cases:
* The obligation for normal positive cases to observe health lockdown in the places of their residences, while being carefully monitored.
*The transfer of difficult and critical positive cases to hospitals to receive the necessary health care.
The government urges all visitors to the Kingdom, Moroccans, foreign residents and tourists, to contribute positively to the successful implementation of these measures.
Reiterating its call to citizens to pursue responsible commitment and strict compliance with all preventive measures, the government invites them to take the planned doses quickly and to complete the vaccination schedule, in particular with the third dose, to preserve the achievements made and contribute to a gradual return to normal life in our country.
