In this message, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq expresses to HM the King his warm congratulations and sincere wishes for good health, happiness and long life, praying God to renew such a blessed occasion for the Sovereign and for all Muslims in blessings, and to fulfill the aspirations of the brotherly Moroccan people for more progress, splendor and prosperity, under the wise leadership of HM the King.
