In this message, the Sovereign said he learned with deep sorrow the death of late Lahcen Sekkouri, may God have him in His holy mercy.

In these painful circumstances, HM the King expresses to the members of the family of the deceased as well as to his national political family His heartfelt condolences and His sincere feelings of compassion.

The Sovereign prays the Almighty to grant them patience and comfort, and to amply reward late Sekkouri for the laudable services he rendered to his country through the various missions and governmental responsibilities he assumed and through his defense of the Nation's sacred constants.
