This researcher in Islamic thought and issues of religious extremism, stressed that since his accession to the throne of his glorious ancestors, HM the King has been leading a "social revolution" in Morocco, recalling in this connection the launch two years ago by the Sovereign of the social protection project for workers in the informal sector, which has given new impetus to the Kingdom's socio-economic development.
Sheikh Sadiq Al-Othmani noted in a statement to MAP that the direct social assistance program is the outcome of a strong and determined royal will that makes the human element the pivot of any development dynamic.
According to him, this program is part of the major social projects launched by His Majesty the King several years ago to protect vulnerable social strata and preserve the dignity of all Moroccans.
Stressing that HM the King emphasizes, in all His speeches, the humanitarian approach to achieving economic prosperity and the inclusion of all Moroccans in the development process, Al-Othmani considered that this "social revolution" led by the Sovereign embodies the symbiosis that characterizes the relationship between the Throne and the people.
