At the meeting, the AMSSNuR presented its achievements within the framework of its mandate as a Collaborating Centre, as well as its future plans for continuing to strengthen nuclear security, the statement specified.
Mouline, who is also Chairman of the Global Nuclear Safety and Security Network (GNSSN), continues to play a key role in strengthening nuclear safety on the African continent and internationally, the same source pointed out.
Mouline's participation in this annual meeting in Beijing reflects AMSSNuR's commitment to working closely with the IAEA and its Collaborating Centres to ensure the safe, secure and peaceful use of ionizing radiation sources.
