The Emirati diplomat pointed out in a statement to MAP on the occasion of the celebration of the glorious Throne Day that economic and social indicators, as well as the geopolitical reality, clearly show that Morocco "holds an influential position on the world stage thanks to its unique soft power."
He added that His Majesty the King has continually strengthened Morocco's image as a country of solidarity, a land of religious coexistence, a melting pot of civilizations and a source of inspiration for other countries.
The diplomat cited, for example, the National Initiative for Human Development, the Royal Initiative facilitating access for Sahel states to the Atlantic Ocean, and the proactive approach adopted by the Kingdom in managing crises and disasters such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Al-Haouz earthquake.
The stature enjoyed by the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI "illustrates an inspiring success story thanks to the values upheld by Morocco, which are based on the strong symbiosis between the Throne and the people," the Emirati ambassador stated, specifying that this symbiosis has manifested in the humanitarian, social, and political domains to address current challenges and future constraints.
According to the diplomat, the values of solidarity and communion promoted by the Sovereign are also reflected in the excellent fraternal relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Morocco, marked by the establishment of an innovative, renewed, and deep-rooted partnership between the two countries aimed at enhancing bilateral relations and common cooperation towards broader horizons, thanks to the wisdom and insight of the Heads of State of the two countries, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and his brother His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
