Upon his arrival at the Mohammed VI Exhibition Centre, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid was greeted by Moulay Abdallah Alaoui, chairman of the Royal Moroccan Equestrian Federation (FRMSE), and then reviewed a section of the auxiliary forces that made the honors.
HRH Prince Moulay Rachid was also greeted, notably, by minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forestry, Aziz Akhannouch, the wali of the Casablanca-Settat region, governor of Casablanca prefecture, the president of the regional council and the governor of El-Jadida province.
At the entrance of the Show hall, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid was greeted by Issa Bin Mohammed Al Mohannadi, chairman of the Qatar Racing & Equestrian Club, Ahmed Abdulmalik, member of the Board of the Qatari Club, Nasser Bin Sherida Al Kaabi, director general of the same club, and Salem Salem Al Barraq, representative of the Arab Arabian Horse Association.
Afterwards, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid toured the various exhibition stands of the Show, dedicated in particular to the sponsors' village, the craftsman's house, the breeders' village, the international village, the institutional village, the regions, the art and culture village and the Royal Armed Forces, the Royal Gendarmerie, the Royal Guard, the National Police, and the Auxiliary Forces.
Later, His Royal Highness attended equestrian shows performed by troops of Moroccan and foreign riders.
HRH Prince Moulay Rachid also followed fantasy shows performed by 12 Sorbas representing the different regions of the Kingdom, before posing for a souvenir photo with the Moqadems of the sorbas.
The Horse Show stands out as an essential platform for promoting the national equine sector.
More than 700 riders from about forty countries will take part in the various competitions of the Show.
This major event will also feature a series of conferences led by renowned experts, educational activities as well as equestrian shows performed by prestigious foreign and Moroccan artists.
