The speaker of the upper house and the members of the bureau discussed the different aspects of the remote electronic voting process that was adopted for the first time on Tuesday, May 12, on the occasion of the study and vote on bill 23.20, approving decree-law 2.20.292 of March 23, 2020, enacting provisions relating to the state of health emergency and the measures of its declaration.
