During this meeting, the Council will be briefed by minister of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research, spokesperson for the government on the organization of the baccalaureate exams for the 2020 session in the context of the state of health emergency, the statement said.

The Council will subsequently examine two draft decrees, added the same source, stating that the first amends and supplements the decree defining the terms and conditions for the payment of scholarships to students and the terms and conditions for the investment of the funds dedicated to these scholarships at the disposal of the national Office for university, social and cultural works.

 The second draft decree amends and supplements the decree instituting, on behalf of the ministry of Public Works, Vocational Training and Executive Training, a qualification and classification system for construction and public works companies, concluded the head of government's Department.
