This bill, approved by 29 deputies and rejected by 13 others with 4 members abstaining, aims to put in place support mechanisms capable of ensuring the gradual recovery of economic activity and the preservation of jobs, as well as practical measures to improve the efficiency of the administration.
The bill is based on three main aspects, namely supporting the gradual recovery of economic activity, protecting jobs and speeding up the implementation of administrative reforms.
In this regard, minister of Economy and Finance, Mohamed Benchaâboun, said shortly before in his response to the questions of parliamentary groups and groupings during the general discussion of the PLFR at the House of Advisors, that the budgets of the social sectors have not suffered any decrease, adding that this bill gives priority to the implementation of commitments in the areas of health, education, the fight against social and spatial disparities, in addition to rural development and countering the effects of drought.
