Turkish Foreign ministry spokesman Hami Aksoy said, in response to a question about the inter-Libyan dialogue in Bouznika, that Turkey is closely following these dialogue sessions, recalling that Morocco hosted the dialogue between the Libyan parties that led to the signing of the Skhirat Political Agreement in 2015.
The Turkish official said his country had then announced its support for the agreement, pointing out that Turkish Foreign minister Mevlut Cavusoglu was present at the signing ceremony.
He noted that Turkey has advocated from the outset that the Libyan crisis can be resolved through an inter-Libyan political process, in accordance with the relevant UN Security Council Resolutions, in order to achieve a solution to the Libyan crisis.
