2022 World Cup Qualifiers (Group I/6th Day): Morocco-Guinea Game to Be Held in Rabat Instead of Casablana

Casablanca - The match between the national soccer team and its Guinean counterpart, as part of the 6th and last day of the African qualifiers (Group I) for the 2022 World Cup, will be held at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat at 8 p.m instead of Casablanca.

This decision was taken in common agreement between the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) and the Guinean Federation (FEGUIFOOT), said Sunday, the FRMF in a statement published on its website.

The Atlas Lions, leaders with 15 points in five games, had already secured their qualification for the final round of the World Cup in Qatar from the 4th day.

For their part, Guinea Bissau (5 pts) and Guinea Conakry (4 pts) rank, respectively, second and third, while Sudan is bottom of the table with 2 points.
