The Sovereign expresses, in this message, His sincere congratulations and best wishes for good health and happiness to Sultan Haitham bin Tarek, wishing further progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of Oman, under the wise leadership of the Sultan of Oman.

HM the King voices, on this occasion, His pride at the sincere fraternal bonds and active solidarity between the two peoples, commending the two countries' solid cooperative relations.

The Sovereign also reiterates his strong determination to work with the Sultan of Oman to further strengthen and broaden these ties in order to serve the common interests of the two peoples.
