Organized by the Extension Communication agency in partnership with the Foundation Maison du Maroc, this traveling exhibition offers an overview of Morocco's cultural and artistic heritage imagined and staged by Sabah Zkhnini, founder of the "Art'Expo Morocco" association.
On this occasion, the director of the Extension Communication agency and co-organizer of this event, Radouane Bachiri, highlighted the exceptional program of the exhibition, which brings together actors from different backgrounds and reflects the ambition to share the richness of cultural diversity.
The exhibition contributes to the cultural and artistic influence of the tangible and intangible heritage of Morocco and is an act of transmission to current and future generations, he said.
The curators of the exhibition, Moroccan designer Hicham Lahlou and painter Maria Kermadi described this event as a brilliant representation of all the plurality of Morocco and as a tribute to Africa through the participation of artists and designers from several African countries.
As for Mohamed Kenbib, director of the Royal Institute for Research on the History of Morocco, he welcomed the vision carried by this project which promotes the art and culture.
In turn, Albert Elharrar, president of the Jewish Community of Creteil, in the Ile de France region, stressed the attachment of the Jews to Morocco, a land of tolerance, peace and living together.
The opening ceremony was attended by Jack Lang, President of the Arab World Institute in Paris, the Consul General of Morocco in Paris, Mustapha El Bouazzaoui, and figures from the worlds of culture, arts and business.
