This agreement defines the general framework of cooperation between the two parties and aims to improve the quality of public services, while safeguarding the Amazigh linguistic and cultural heritage, an IRCAM statement said.
Under the agreement, the IRCAM will assist the Directorate in the area of training qualified translators of Amazigh and will provide Amazigh courses for the benefit of civil defense officials, including those working in the areas of communication, media and reception.
The two parties will form a joint committee in charge of studying and developing annual programs pertaining to the agreement.
