In this message, Rajoelina expresses, on behalf of the Republic of Madagascar and on his own behalf, his warmest congratulations to the Sovereign and the Royal Family, as well as his sincere wishes of peace and prosperity to the entire Moroccan people.

On this occasion, the Malagasy President stressed that Madagascar and the Kingdom of Morocco are two friendly States, two sister nations whose history has been intimately linked for decades, assuring that Morocco, under the reign of HM King Mohammed VI, has been one of Madagascar's most important partners.

He expressed his full confidence in the shared vision and determination to strengthen these ties of friendship and cooperation for the benefit of the two respective peoples.

The Malagasy President also emphasized the Sovereign's commitment to inclusive growth on the African continent, "at a time when international challenges are pushing us to work harder."
