"Through the vision and action of its Sovereign and the unfailing solidarity and generosity of its people, Morocco is demonstrating the resilience that characterizes it and enables it to face trials and challenges with strength, wisdom and determination," writes the monthly publication under the headline "Morocco Bounces Back After Al Haouz Earthquake".
The publication spotlights the high support of His Majesty King Mohammed VI for the victims of the Al-Haouz earthquake, and looks in detail into the series of measures ordered by the Sovereign, aimed at mobilizing all resources, with the necessary speed and efficiency, to help stricken families and citizens, and in particular to deploy rehabilitation and reconstruction measures as quickly as possible, in the localities affected by this natural disaster of unprecedented proportions.
"After visiting the bedsides of the injured, HM King Mohammed VI confirmed His empathy with His people by chairing on September 14 at the Royal Palace in Rabat, a working meeting devoted to activating the emergency program for rehousing disaster victims and caring for the categories most affected by the Al Haouz earthquake," "Diplomacy & Commerce" reports.
In the opinion of Nikola Gudelj, the author of the story, Morocco is "a unique country, which amazed and inspired the world with the united voice of its people at last year's World Cup."
"Similarly, the tragedies suffered by the Kingdom do not divide the Moroccan people, the very definition of solidarity," the publication concludes.
