"This is a major breakthrough and an important transformation of the social model in Morocco towards the enshrinement of the State of prosperity and the improvement of the living conditions of the most vulnerable populations," the Observatory’s director, Fernando Olivan, told MAP.
“The citizen is at the heart of all public policies in Morocco and this program responds to their most important concerns and needs through a vision of the future,” the academic noted, adding that this Royal initiative strengthens cohesion social.
"If the forward-thinking 2021 Constitution has consolidated social achievements and preserved the rights of Moroccan citizens, this program confirmed the commitment of HM King Mohammed VI to generalize social protection and support needy families”, he added.
As part of the large-scale projects launched by Morocco, this program is a “new stage and an important step” towards the consolidation of the social and well-being State, Olivan underlined.
