During a joint control operation, customs officers, in collaboration with police officers and the police dog squad, seized this quantity of drugs, which was on board a vehicle registered in Spain, driven by a Spanish national, who was about to leave the national territory.

The drugs were carefully concealed between the car's dashboard and the engine, as well as in the rear walls of the vehicle, said the same source.

The car and the drugs were seized by customs, while the driver of the vehicle was handed over to the judicial police for further investigation, under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office.
