In this message, HH Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah expresses his sincere congratulations and best wishes to HM the King on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, praying to the Almighty to renew such an occasion for the two brotherly countries and the Arab and Islamic Ummah in blessings and prosperity, and to perpetuate on the Sovereign the blessings of health and tranquillity.

The Emir of the State of Kuwait also implores the Almighty to fulfil the aspirations of the Kingdom of Morocco and its people for greater glory, greatness and prosperity, under the wise leadership of His Majesty the King.
