At the start of its proceedings, the council will examine a draft decree setting out the powers and the department organization of national education and pre-school education, before examining a draft decree relating to the special status of civil servants at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the statement said.
The Council will then study a series of draft decrees amending the texts relating to the interministerial corps' special status of, respectively, administrators, engineers and architects, drafters, as well as the remuneration system specific to the interministerial corps of technicians, the special status of the interministerial corps of administrative assistants and the special status of the interministerial corps of assistant technicians.
It will also review draft decrees amending the texts relating to the special status of the interministerial body of vocational training establishment instructors, the remuneration system specific to some public administration officials, the institution of an administrative hierarchy allowance in favor of central administration staff and executives, common staff working to public administrations and staff in the special executives of certain ministerial departments, as well as the special status of the Inspectorate General of Finance body.
The Council will also examine draft decrees amending texts relating to the special status of civil servants at the House of Representatives and the House of Councillors, the special status of staff at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, and the creation of a legal advisers body to administrations within the General Secretariat of the Government, the determination of remunerations and benefits for magistrates of first, second and third grades, remunerations and benefits for magistrates in the exceptional and excellence grades and remunerations and benefits for magistrates of the highest grade, as well as the special status of the clerk-secretariat corps.
The drafts also amend texts relating to the special status of prison and rehabilitation officials, the special status of High Council of the Judiciary Power (CSPJ) staff , the special status of officials of the Customs and Indirect Taxation Administration, the determination of remunerations and benefits to magistrates of the financial jurisdictions, the special status of staff of the Competition Council, the creation of a higher position of research officer within the various ministerial departments, and the special status of the corps of work inspectors.
The amendment also concerns the special status of national security personnel, the application methods of the special status provisions of auxiliary forces personnel, the special status of civil protection personnel and doctors working for the Directorate General of Civil Protection and its external services, the determination of the ranks of military personnel benefiting from the status of employees at the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), the system of pay, food and travel expenses for military personnel with special progressive pay at the FAR and related administrative and accounting rules, in addition to the special status of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs personnel.
The Council will conclude its proceedings by examining proposals for appointments to higher office, in accordance with article 92 of the Constitution.
