The increasing scarcity of water has become a real challenge, especially with the succession of drought years with a negative impact on water resources, in addition to the high demand for this vital necessity in all sectors, added Tilioua.

Overcoming these challenges requires close coordination and efforts by all parties, combining seriousness, professionalism and efficiency in implementation, emphasised the sustainable development expert.
