At the start of its proceedings, the Council will examine a draft law amending and supplementing the law on criminal procedure.

The Council will then examine two draft decrees, the first of which amending the decree creating the "Betoya" export processing zone, while the second amends the decree creating the Tangier Automotive City export processing zone.

The meeting will conclude by examining proposals for appointments to senior positions, in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution, the press release states.

Following the Council proceedings, the government will hold a meeting to examine certain proposed laws, according to the same source.
