In a statement to the press following talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, the African Union official hailed the Kingdom's support for the work of her agency.
The African Union Development Agency aims to coordinate the continent's development activities and mobilize the resources needed to implement its projects, Bekele-Thomas recalled, adding that her meeting with Bourita had enabled the two parties to agree on several strategic projects aimed at making Africa a "global economic power".
