In this message, the Sovereign expresses on His own name and on behalf of the Moroccan people, His warmest congratulations to HH Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, and His sincere wishes for further progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of Kuwait. 

The Sovereign took this opportunity to express to the Amir of Kuwait His firm determination to pursue joint action, to give further impetus to the ties of solid brotherhood and mutual esteem between the two countries. 

HM the King reaffirmed His commitment to working together to explore broader prospects for bilateral cooperation in various areas, in order to fulfill the shared aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.

Reiterating to His Highness His Warm Congratulations, the Sovereign implores the Almighty to crown with success the steps of the Amir of the State of Kuwait in the service of the brotherly Kuwaiti people, and to perpetuate upon him the blessings of health and tranquility.
