The Council will open the meeting by examining four draft decrees, the first of which concerns introducing remuneration for services provided by the autonomously-managed “National Institute of Court Clerks and Legal and Judicial Professions,” under the authority of the Ministry of Justice.
The second draft decree defines the procedures for appointing members of the Council of the High Authority for Health, the third concerns the application of the provisions of articles 32 and 34 of the law creating the said Authority, while the 4th draft decree amends the decree relating to the application of the law on the exercise of the profession of architect and the creation of the National Order of Architects.
The Council will then examine an agreement between the Government of Morocco and the African Union of the Blind (AFUB) relating to the establishment of the AFUB's permanent headquarters in Morocco, signed in Rabat on March 19, 2024, in addition to a bill approving the said agreement, followed by consideration of the annex to the amendment to the headquarters agreement between the Government of Morocco and the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), signed in Banjul on May 4, 2024, in addition to a bill approving the said agreement.
The Government Council will conclude its proceedings by examining proposals for appointments to higher positions, in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution, the statement concluded.
