In this message, the Egyptian President extends his sincere congratulations and fraternal best wishes to His Majesty the King, praying to the Almighty "to accept our fasting, prayers, and good deeds, and to bless our efforts in serving security and peace for our peoples and nations."  

On this occasion, the Egyptian President also conveys his wishes for health for the Sovereign, as well as further progress, prosperity, and stability for both nations and for all Arab and Islamic peoples.
