The visit featured a tour of the Museum’s inaugural exhibition, showcasing a diverse collection of works by contemporary Moroccan artists.

Speaking to MAP following the visit, Qotbi expressed his delight at hosting the President of the Senate of Chile, Manuel José Ossandón Irarrázabal, and members of the Andean Parliament, saying that he was pleased to see them discover Morocco's art and culture.

In His speeches, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, emphasized the importance of cultural diplomacy, he added, describing culture as “the best way” to build bridges between nations and peoples.

The Andean Parliament delegation visiting Morocco includes parliamentarians from five Latin American countries, namely Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, and Colombia.
