At the beginning of its proceedings, the Council will examine two draft decrees. The first concerns the creation and organization of the Training Institute for Transport and Logistics Professions (IFTL) in Nouaceur, while the second amends and supplements the decree establishing the responsibilities and organization of the Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, according to the same source.
The Council will then examine an agreement between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Malawi on the transfer of convicted persons, signed in Laayoune on July 16, 2024, as well as a draft law approving the said agreement.
At the close of its proceedings, the Council will examine proposals for appointments to senior positions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
