Addressing President Medvedev, HM the King expressed Morocco's condemnation of all kinds of criminal and terrorist attacks which threaten the safety and lives of innocent citizens and which are forbidden by all religions, human values and universal democratic principles.

    The sovereign also expressed in the message to the Russian Prime Minister, "Morocco's solidarity and support for the Russian people," and reiterated the Kingdom's willingness to cooperate with Russia in global anti-terrorism efforts.

    In the messages, HM the King also extended to the Russian President and Prime Minister heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims of this tragic event.
