Out of the 441 convicts, 41 were pardoned on humanitarian grounds, the statement added.
 
  Two hundred seventeen people had their prison terms reduced, ninety four benefited from the pardon over the prison term or its remainder.

 Twenty convicts had their imprisonment terms pardoned with fines maintained, while nine had both their imprisonment terms and fines annulled.

 Fines were suspended for 101 people, the statement said.
