Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI received, on Tuesday at the Royal Palace in Rabat, the Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Khalid bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah, special envoy of the Emir of the State of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, who conveyed to the Sovereign a message from the Emir of Qatar.
