The sovereign was greeted at the King Abdulaziz International Airport of Jeddah by HRH Prince Khalid Al Faisal bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, Governor of the region of Mecca.
The sovereign was greeted, afterwards, by their highnesses the Princes, as well as by Saudi ministers and high-ranking civil and military figures. HM the King was also greeted by members of the Moroccan embassy in Saudi Arabia.
Prince Khalid Al Faisal bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud was greeted by members of the official delegation accompanying the monarch, composed mainly of HM the King's advisors Omar Azzimane, Zoulikha Nasri, Fouad Ali El Himma and Yassir Znagui. The delegation includes also Foreign minister Saad Dine El Otmani, Economy Minister Nizar Baraka, Islamic Affairs Minister Ahmed Toufiq, Agriculture Minister Aziz Akhannouch, Equipment and Transport Minister Aziz Rebbah, Health Minister Houcine El Ouardi, Energy Minister Fouad Douiri and General Inspector of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) and Commander of the Southern Zone, General Abdelaziz Bennani.

The monarch is due to hold talks with Saudi monarch, king Abdullah bin Abdulaziz al Saud on means to further deepen the brotherly relations of trust and solidarity which link the two kingdoms.
Talks between the two monarchs will be centered on the implementation of the strategic partnership, concluded in 2011 between the north African kingdom and the countries of the Gulf Council of Cooperation. This partnership covers a number of fields, especially through granting donations to Morocco's development projects, in which the contribution of Saudi Arabia stands at USD1.25bn between 2012 and 2016.
The sovereigns will also share views on the issues concerning the Islamic Ummah and the developments in the Arab world.
HM the King's advisors and ministers will hold talks, on Wednesday, with Saudi peers, an occasion for both parties to foster dialogue and cooperation.
