The Sovereign said he learned with great satisfaction of the success of the surgery that King Juan Carlos underwent for a herniated disc, expressing his heartfelt wishes for a speedy recovery.

    HM the King reiterated his attachment to the profound personal friendship binding the two sovereigns and to the special relations between the two royal families and the two neighbouring peoples.
