HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan followed, from the grandstand the two international races, held as part of Group III of IFAHR (International Federation of Horseracing Authorities), namely HM King Mohammed VI Grand Prix, and HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan Grand Prix.
The prestigious HM King Mohammed VI Grand Prix, worth some 1.2 million dirhams, and which covers Purebred Arabians of four years old and over, went to Djarnizam Maamora (Morocco), ridden by Abderrahim Faddoul and owned byJalobey Racing.
Tamayuz (Morocco), ridden by Khalid Ibba and owned by Sedrati Mohamed Azzedine, came second, while the third place returned to horse Sabeh (USA), ridden by Hicham Lakjal and owned by Karimine m'hamed.
HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan Grand Prix, worth 800,000 dirhams, covers Purebred Arabians of four years and over. Aristote du Croate (France), ridden by Jawad Khayate and owned by Rachida Allali came first.
Udallan (France), winner of 2013 Grand Prix, ridden by Abdellah El Kandoussi and owned by Kamal Daissaoui, came second, followed by Maamora Amir (Morocco), ridden by Ahmed Lakjal and owned by Jalobey Racing.
HRH Prince Moulay Rachid International Race, worth 700,000 dirhams, was won by Samsam Al Khalediah (Saudi Arabia), ridden by Roberto Perez and owned by Al Khalediah Stables.
The 2nd and 3rd positions, in the three-year old Arabian colts and fillies category, respectively, went to Kerchera (France), ridden by Said Madihi and owned by Zakaria Hakam heirs, and Simawla (Morocco), ridden by Thami Zergane and owned by Sedrati Mohamed Azzedine.
Upon arrival, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was greeted notably by minister of agriculture and fisheries, Aziz Akhannouch, wali of Casablanca and governor of the prefecture of Casablanca, Khalid Safir, first vice president of the regional council, Aziz El Aghbali Mourabit, governor of the prefecture of the boroughs of Anfa, Karim Kassi Lahlou, president of the municipal council of Casablanca, Mohamed Sajid, and president of the prefectural council, Mohamed Mansar.
After the ceremony, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan presented the trophies to the owners of the winning horses in the different competitions.
