HM the King highlighted, on this painful occasion, the deceased's noble human qualities and which were further enriched by the universal values of freedom and justice.
The deceased was the example of a committed and serious thinker who devoted his work to the service of the rights of people in developing countries to acquire the fundamentals of global development based on science and knowledge, which earned him the esteem of all who have followed his thought and drew on his knowledge at the national, Arab and international levels, the Sovereign said.
HM the King expressed to the family members of the deceased, his friends and fans his heartfelt condolences and sincere feelings of compassion.
