The Sovereign praised President Kabila's constant efforts to achieve the Congolese brother people's aspirations to more peace and stability, expressing Morocco's entire readiness to support the Democratic Republic of Congo in the path it has chosen.

   HM the King also hailed the Morocco-DRC excellent relations of friendhsip and cooperation which have been developing over the last years, in a spirit of partnership and mutual interests, expressing the hope that these bonds will be intensified to become a model of South-South cooperation.
