In this message, the sovereign extends to the Iraqi head of state his heartfelt congratulations and sincere wishes of success in fulfilling his mission and giving concrete substance to the aspirations of the brotherly Iraqi people for progress, prosperity, security and stability.

 HM the King seized this opportunity to express his pride over the ties of brotherhood, solidarity and cooperation between the two friendly peoples, and reaffirm Morocco's resolve to strive for furthering these relations to serve the interest of the two countries.
