In this message, the Sovereign extended to Mrs Coleiro Preca his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes of health and happiness and further progress and prosperity to the Maltese people. 

   The Sovereign also expressed his commitment to working together with the president of Malta to further develop cooperation relations between the two countries and broaden their areas, both at a bilateral level and within the framework of the partnership relations between Morocco and the European Union to the best interests of the two peoples and for achieving growth and stability in the Mediterranean basin.
