The meeting touched on friendship ties between the two heads of states, HM King Mohammed VI and HM Emperor Akihito, which were further strengthened by the multiple visits of members of the Royal family and of the Imperial family to Japan and Morocco respectively.

 HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa arrived, on Saturday in Nagoya to take part, as guest of honor, in the UNESCO World Conference on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) slated on Nov. 10-12.
