The Sovereign said he learnt with deep sadness and emotion the news of the passing away of Professor Abdelhadi Tazi and offered to the family of the late academician, and to all his relatives sincere condolences and sympathy.

   The death of Abdelhadi Tazi is not only a loss for his family but a loss as well for all of Morocco which loses a distinguished academician, a seasoned diplomat and a unique historian who dedicated his life to serving his country in self-denial, earnestness and faithfulness to the Await throne, the royal message deplores.
