ONEE's contribution includes one month's salary for the Director General, 50% for the Office's directors and 10% for the rest of the staff, in addition to 13 million dirhams granted by the Office Service Activities Council, the Office said in a release.
"This initiative is part of national mobilization and solidarity to fight the impact of the pandemic on our country," the source added, noting that the Office "reiterates its permanent and unwavering commitment to supporting national measures implemented in the current context".
Several public and private companies, national institutions and professions have announced their contributions into the Fund, which is intended to cover the costs of upgrading medical equipment, in terms of suitable infrastructure and additional means to be acquired, urgently, to treat in good conditions people who are infected with the virus.
It is also dedicated to supporting national economy through several measures that will be proposed by the government.
