National Education: Launch of Toll-free Number Relating to Distance Learning Platforms

Rabat - The Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Department of National Education, launched on Wednesday a toll-free number to respond to requests and questions regarding the distance learning platforms set up by the ministry.

The phone number, intended for all pupils, parents of pupils, educational and administrative staff and all citizens, was launched in partnership with the Polytechnic University of Benguerir, the "1337" school and the "YouCode" school, the ministry said in a statement.

This new service allows all users of online platforms TelmidTICE and "Teams" to use them optimally, by providing them with all technical information, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., on the toll-free number 0800009361 (free of charge call ).

The ministry also pointed out that the users of these electronic platforms can send comments and suggestions to the email address "[email protected]" or post them on the ministry's official page on Facebook.
