Al Hoceima Chairs UCLG International Meeting Via Videoconference

Al Hoceima - The president of the United Cities and Local Governments Organization (UCLG-World) and mayor of Al Hoceima, Mohamed Boudra, presided, on Monday at the headquarters of the city's municipality, a meeting of the Organization via videoconference.

This meeting takes place in a particular context, marked by the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) which was at the center of discussions between the members of the Presidency Council of the United Cities and Local Governments Organization.

The participants, mayors of cities, expressed on this occasion their solidarity with the cities of the world most affected by the virus, emphasizing the need to make more effort in these exceptional circumstances in order to overcome this crisis.
