Covid-19: Three New Cases in Souss-Massa Region, 50 in Total

Agadir - Three new cases of the novel coronavirus (covid-19) were confirmed in the region of Souss-Massa until Thursday at 10 a.m., bringing the total number of cases to 50, the regional health office said.

Thirteen covid-19 patients have recovered, while 5 people have died from coronavirus complications. 

The prefecture of Agadir-Ida Outanane is the worst-hit with 22 cases, ahead of Inezgane-Ait Melloul (21), Tata (4), Chtouka-Ait Baha (2) and Taroudant (1), the source pointed out, noting that no case has been reported so far in the province of Tiznit.

A total of 91 new covid-19 cases were confirmed in Morocco until Thursday at 10 a.m., bringing the total number of covid-19 cases in the kingdom to 3,537, the ministry of Health said.
