The DGSN which denies these allegations attributing to the police officers unfounded facts, underlined, in a press release, that its officers at the regional police station of Tiflet did not make any intervention against any journalist while on duty, and did not oppose the shooting by the team of Al Amazighiya.
With the aim of enlightening the national and international public opinion, the DGSN affirmed that it has responded favorably to all requests for filming made by national and international media outlets to accompany police action during the management of the Covid-19 pandemic, specifying that several coverages on the security aspect of the management of this pandemic are currently being filmed in collaboration between the DGSN and Al Amazighiya.
Refuting again the false allegations attributed to its officers, the DGSN emphasized that it has central and regional services in charge of communicating with the media and facilitating the work of journalists, inviting all those responsible for the publication of this false information, as well as those who disseminated it in an unverified manner, to check with its services the veracity of the information and its relationship with police services.
