He also has the right to contact his family and to benefit from the institution's kiosk like other inmates, the clarification stated.

 Linking the housing conditions of the prisoner concerned with earlier statements by his father is the "work" of the imagination of the author of the article, stressed the source, noting that the prison administration is concerned to treat all inmates equally regardless of the charges against them or their social conditions outside the prison.
