Covid-19: 5 New Recoveries in Draa-Tafilalet Region

Errachidia - Five Covid-19 patients recovered over the past 24 hours in the region of Draa-Tafilalet, taking the total of recoveries in the region to 465, the regional health office said Wednesday.

All the new recoveries were reported in the province of Ouarzazate, the source added.

No new Covid-19 case was recorded in the region over the given period, and the total number of cases in the region remains at 584.

Ouarzazate is the hardest hit with 501 cases, followed by Midelt (52), Zagora (14), Tinghir (10) and Errachidia (7).

Ninety-four new cases of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) were confirmed in Morocco over the past 24 hours until Wednesday at 4 p.m., bringing the total number of Covid-19 cases in the Kingdom to 6,512.
