This is a new social contract which takes into account confirmed commitments, common ambitions for a healthy and solidarity-based economy and an important link in the new development model, said the CGEM in a document on its global proposal concerning the economic recovery plan, issued on Thursday evening.

For the State, it concerns opting for an administrative simplification/digitalization, an exemplary aspect of public enterprises, a facility of post-crisis recovery and control mechanisms, in addition to the establishment of inclusive social mechanisms, said the same source.

Regarding businesses, the CGEM recommends maintaining employment and solidarity, formalization and good governance, virtuous behavior (payment deadlines, payment of taxes, injection of equity), as well as a healthy environment.

Concerning social partners and the population, the body is for the promotion of the respect of health rules, the flexibility of employment, the productivity and the encouragement of consuming Moroccan products.

For other stakeholders such as Bank Al-Maghrib (central bank) and the financial sector, the body stresses the importance of cost sharing, the fluid distribution of State intervention tools, the establishment of a basic product, an efficient management of public aid, as well as entrepreneurship training. and retraining and conversion assistance.
