The activities covered by these projects consist of manufacturing face masks and personal protective equipment, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant products and various equipment used in the fight against this pandemic, said on Saturday a press release from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Green and Digital Economy.
Representing an investment amount of nearly 434.3 million dirhams, these selected projects cover 9 regions, namely Rabat-Salé-Kenitra, Casa-Settat, Marrakesh-Safi, Fez-Meknès, Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima, Souss-Massa, the eastern region, Beni Mellal-Khénifra and Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra, said the same source.
The approved projects will benefit from an investment subsidy of 30% of the amount of the investment capped at 10 mln dirhams for SMEs and 1.5 mln dirhams for micro enterprises, the press release said.
